Services
Mindful Therapy Collective offers individual therapy for teens and adults. My work is grounded in a strong, collaborative therapeutic relationship built on trust, empathy, and authenticity. In a confidential and supportive space, we’ll explore what’s bringing you in and tailor treatment to your unique needs and goals. I use an integrative, person-centered approach that draws from evidence-based modalities such as CBT, ACT, and EMDR, while thoughtfully adapting tools to what works best for you.
Sessions are typically 45-50 minutes long and can be scheduled weekly or bi-weekly, depending on your needs. We’ll determine the recommended frequency during our first session. For your convenience, services are provided via telehealth through a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform, available to individuals residing in Maryland and Washington, D.C. I also offer in-person therapy sessions in Baltimore.

Talk therapy provides a space to explore your emotions, relationships, and life experiences, especially the things that feel heavy, confusing, or hard to talk about elsewhere. It invites reflection and, over time, can help you gain clarity, build emotional awareness, and develop healthier ways to cope and move through life with more ease.

Teens today are navigating constant change, pressure, and expectations, whether related to school, friendships, social media, identity, or family dynamics. As a parent, it can be hard to know what’s typical teen behavior and what might be a sign your teen could benefit from extra support. Therapy offers teens a safe, supportive space to talk openly, process their emotions, and better understand themselves, without fear of judgment.

Unlike traditional talk therapy, EMDR involves briefly focusing on a specific memory while engaging in bilateral stimulation, such as guided eye movements or tapping. This process supports the brain’s natural healing abilities and helps reduce the emotional charge of past experiences. If you're interested in exploring EMDR therapy, I offer both in-person and virtual EMDR sessions. Whether you're coping with anxiety, trauma, or just feel stuck in unhelpful patterns, EMDR might be worth exploring.
