Talk Therapy

Talk therapy is a space to process and explore your emotions, relationships, and life experiences, especially the things that feel heavy, confusing, or hard to talk about elsewhere. It offers a supportive place to slow down, reflect, and feel less alone in what you’re going through. Over time, therapy can help you gain clarity, build emotional awareness, and develop healthier ways to cope and navigate life with more ease.

My approach is rooted in a strong therapeutic relationship built on trust, empathy, and collaboration. In a confidential, supportive space, we’ll work together to explore what’s been weighing on you, understand patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and build tools that feel realistic, gentle, and sustainable — helping you feel more grounded, confident, and connected to yourself and your life.

Mindful Therapy Collective focuses on…

  • Anxiety that leads to intense, excessive and persistent worries can interfere with your daily functioning and leave you feeling trapped in your own mind. There also may be times where your anxiety seems to come out of nowhere which can increase your worries. Together, we will work together to identify triggers, thought patterns and physiological signs to help you better understand how anxiety presents in your mind and body. We will also practice mindfulness and coping strategies so that you can be more present and get a handle on your symptoms.

  • Feelings of negative self-worth and personal value can impact various areas of your life. After exploring your feelings and the sources of your self-esteem, we will work on building your intrinsic value and strengthening the relationship you have with yourself and others. You will also learn strategies to identify and recognize negative thought patterns and beliefs.

  • When experiencing depression, it can feel hard or impossible to carry on with your daily life. You may not recognize yourself and no longer feel connected to others. We will use a holistic approach to support both the physical and mental effects of depression. Our goal is to help you manage and treat your depression so that you can start feeling like yourself again.

  • You may be struggling with your mental health, going through a life transition, or having difficulty with relationships and communication. It can feel overwhelming and we are here to support you and meet you where you are at. Together, we will work together to find the best form of treatment and guide you through the process.
