Teen Therapy
Teens today are navigating constant change, pressure, and expectations, whether related to school, friendships, social media, identity, or family dynamics. As a parent, it can be hard to know what’s typical teen behavior and what might be a sign your teen could benefit from extra support. Therapy offers teens a safe, supportive space to talk openly, process their emotions, and better understand themselves, without fear of judgment.
In therapy, teens can build coping skills, emotional awareness, confidence, and healthier ways to navigate stress, relationships, and challenges. My approach is warm, collaborative, and developmentally appropriate, helping teens feel comfortable showing up as they are while learning tools that support both growth and resilience.
If you’ve noticed changes in your teen’s mood, behavior, or well-being, or you’re simply unsure what support might be helpful, I’m here to answer your questions and walk alongside you and your teen through this process.
